Experience Description: I am hesitant to write a bad review, but in this case, I feel it's necessary. She already has some bad reviews but I took a chance anyway, believing it would be different with me. I was wrong. I have seen many providers over the years. I know a good provider from a bad one. This young lady needs to find another line of work. She is far from being a provider. Her faults are numerous. She is not very friendly or helpful on the phone to begin with. She isn't very friendly in person either. She immediately asked for the donation and then counted it and held the bills up to the light to make sure they were real.
