Experience Description: I called Carrie and setup the appointment. No hint of any problems as we had a nice cordial exchange. Carrie tells me to give her a call 15 minutes before the appointment. Since I do not live close to the DTC where she is located, I drive over 30 minutes to get in the area and give her a call at 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I get voicemail and leave a nice message. Carrie does not call me back. The scheduled time for the appointment passes. I give her a call again at about 15 minutes after the sheduled time, and I get voicemail again. I leave another nice message, but no return call. I wasted my time and expensive gas. Just thought I would give her a try, but I will look elsewhere. I never received a call apologizing for the inconvenience. Just chalk it up to a bad BP experience.

Experience Description: I called Allison to make a same day appointment at 2:00 pm before making the 1 1/2 hour drive to Denver. I told her I was leaving for Denver now and I left for Denver. Experience Description: I set up an appointment with Misty a couple day in advance through p411 and emails. The night before, I call to see if it would be an issue moving the time from 7pm to 8pm. She states that she is not stupid and that it is on. I email back that I didn't call her stupid. But that it was a stupid question. After several email back and forth that I am calling to get direction to her place and the call goes directly to voice mail. She says I could have asked in advance by email the direction. I In the end, I tried to salvage at least 1 hour of a 2 hour appointment. She didn't offer the direction. Experience Description: I was really looking forward to meeting Amy. Great reviews. Nice photos. We had a pleasant chat on the phone to set up an appointment. I told her I lived a ways away, and that it would take me about an hour to get there. She said fine. You've probably already guessed the rest.
