Called when 15 minutes away(after a 25 minute drive in rush hour traffic). She answered and told me the location and to call when I arrived for room number. Arrived 10 mins. later and called. Right on time as we had scheduled. No answer--tried several more times but, after 45 mins. left. What a waste of time and effort. Should have known as she told me she was from Texas on BP. MY BAD.
