This person came into my office and everything started normal and was fine. But clearly it had been some time since this person had showered. I TRIED my best to keep the appointment going but after 30 minutes I could not take the smell any longer. I asked the gentleman kindly to allow me to finish the appointment at 30 minutes rather than 1 hour and ALSO RETURNED the remainder of his $$ to him. So for doing this I get a review that states that I upsold him, which is untrue...NUDE is included in my rates and that I make clients leave early.
