I called and set up an appointment, she seemed friendly enough on the phone. I turned up at the agreed location and time. I called her - she said she was approx 5 min away, she committed to call me back in 10 min with location details. I wait 15-20 mins and call her - no answer. I wait some more and I call again - no answer. Over an hour beyond the orginal appointment time I eventually give up. I do not know what came up for Chelsea but a little courtesy on her part would have saved me a wasted afternoon. |
