Experience Description: Scheduled for Saturday at 10 am. Told to call at 9:30 for address. Called and was sent to a local motel. Was told to call upon arrival for room number. Called and was told that it was rescheduled for 3 p.m. Whatever. Waste of my time. Don`t bother. It`ll be a waste of time. Thanks for nothing Hannah. Vivian doesn`t know what the hell she`s doing. Don`t waste your time with Denver Pink.<br><i><b>Reply from Denver Pink 5 November 2009</B><Br>Our version of events is different than the clients and we would like the opportunity to be heard on the matter. Customer service is very important to us.<br>This review is a complete twisting of the facts. This customer contacted us on Friday to set up an appointment for anytime on Saturday. We scheduled the appointment for 3pm and told him he would need to call us Saturday to confirm. He did call us Sat morning and we told him the hotel that Hannah would be working out of. However, no changes were made to his appointment time. He then calls us from the hotel parking lot at around 10am and said that he was at the hotel and ready to see Hannah. We informed him that his appointment was not until 3pm and he would have to return then. Now we can't be sure if he wrote down the wrong appointment time or if he was just trying to get in early, but we are very certain that we clearly discussed an appointment time of 3pm on Saturday with him.<br>We always go to great lengths to see to it that our customers are very happy with our service. If we mess up, we admit it and do whatever we can to remedy the situation. If this customer would like to contact us, we will do our best to work something out with him.</i>
