She returns texts within 30 minutes, though once you have her, she is very prompt in her responses (no leaving you hanging). She will call when she is on her way. For me she said it would take her 30 minutes (after 20 mins, she called to say she needed to get gas and would be a bit late). In the end, it took her only the 30 minutes as she originally indicated (punctual and courteous are always good combinations!) She was very friendly and greeted me with a hug.
