Emailed Theresa several days ahead, called 1 hour ahead. She didn't answer & no voice message, but she called back within 5 minutes. We arranged a time, she asked for second call. Same as before, no answer, no voice message - but this time no call back. i drove my lonely self back to Cheyenne.<BR><BR> <I><B>Reply from Theresa 31 December 2008:</B> I want to apologize that this happened but I waited for you to call me and my phone never rang, then several hours later I realized my phone hadnt rang all day and called my company who informed me that the service had been interrupted due to some billing issues.
