Just thought I would give her a try, but I will look elsewhere. I never received a call apologizing for the inconvenience. Just chalk it up to a bad BP experience.

Experience Description: I wasn't sure about TOFTT with no reviews and no pics, but the person who answered the phone (not Cassi) was a trusted provider so I wasn't worried.
