I wish I had not waited so long. Her communication leading up to the appointment was fantastic, and her directions to her new (to me) in call was easy. There was plenty of parking as was easy to find. Once inside Ella greeted me and there was never a lull in the conversation. I had a great time, and Ella was eager to please and was open to all of my requests. One thing she did that I really appreciated. When I arrived she was not quite ready. After waiting for a few minutes after our start time she was ready and she added time to the end of the appointment. I have had other providers not offer this, so this alone will make me return. I highly recommend seeing Ella. You will not be dissapointed. She is not a clock watcher, in fact she offered me a shower as I was leaving. But I knew that would put me over time so I politely refused. I highly recommend and I would see her again.
