How can i vouch for a new provider who is looking for references to post on theotherboard.com?

Earlier today I met with an amazing new to the game provider. Her service and professionalism and enthusiasm blew me away. Afterwards she was asking me about where to advertise and I mentioned that most of the professional/providers that take their services seriously can be found on the other board. She told me she tried to get signed up as a provider but she needed references/vouchers from individuals who are already on here. How can i go about providing a reference for this lady? I appreciate your time
