Providers needing a current provide as a reference to get on this board.

I’m curious to know is this still a thing? Are new providers required to have a references from a current provider to get on this board? If so has anybody experienced, that or helped another provider?  What were the steps that you went through?  I’m sure you checked references, I do not have a P411 account.  I can’t access it.   So that being part of it doesn’t do it for me.  Did you meet them in person?  To get a feel for them?  I’ve just had so many requests fiver the last year.   I had heard that the rule was if they fuck up you both get kicked off.  Which IS NOT something I’m not really willing to risk. Any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated!!!!
