Posted April 11, 2022 As to some, the world is in very chaotic times. I just want to remind people, keep your mind strong! Read a book. Learn something new. Try something you've always wanted, but fear held you back. Listen to music, sing, dance. But, keep your mind strong and we'll get through this! Kiss and love from Baja! Posted April 12, 2022 @Elle Blake Thanks for the reminder. Sometimes we forget to pay attention to our mental health and wellness. There are so many ways to keep our minds strong and healthy, but sometimes we get too focused on other things. I watched a TED talk where the person talked about mental and emotional hygiene. His point was that we do things for our physical health on a regular basis, like brushing our teeth, working out, eating healthier, but we forget to practice mental and emotional hygiene. 4 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
