This has been blasted all over the media in the NW and Im sure that more than a few hundred do-gooders are also looky-loos (checking out the site being reported on). So the FBI getting the IP addresses of hundreds/thousands of random people hitting the site means nothing. What could they possibly do with those Ips? So, I stand by my statement that links to "taken down" but still functional websites under federal and LE control is stupid. Furthermore, what is the point no matter how small the risk may be? If there is a need to "prove" what every media outlet in the area is reporting, fine - just do a screen capture and paste into post. To any readers of this, by all means, believe the "what-me-worry" operator of a website if you choose and visit any and all "taken down" sites just to view a part of the train wreck with no concern.
