Posted January 5, 2016 Based on the thread regarding the lack of a DNR list. Here's a suggestion to rectify the situation. 1) Create a sticky DNR thread (similar to the old TOB). This could be in the General forum or a separate thread for each region 2) Populate this thread with a data dump from the DNR list used by the review process to deny reviews. 3) Moderators could maintain this list on a periodic (monthly?) basis. When doing this, add a new list instead of replacing the old list (as was the old TOB practice) so that folks can track changes to the list. Alternatively, highlight additions & deletions.
