Posted December 8, 2014 Don't you just put the URL for the image in the search field?
Posted December 8, 2014 What landsharkyear said. Or: install the Chrome browser. That has some extra functionality, like "open image in a new tab", then can copy/paste the URL to that into TinEye (for pages that have tons of images that could muddle things).
Posted December 8, 2014 Forgot to add: In mobile Google, should see an "Images" button at the top of the page. Click that, paste your image URL into search box. Enter. Will get an error message. Tap the "try search by image" that's near the top of the window. Now you will be in the usual Google Image Search results screen.
Posted December 9, 2014 In the chrome browser if you press and hold on an image a list will pop up. The last thing in this list is "search google for this image". Click that and away you go.
