hypothetical situation

7 posts in this topic

Two actually.

One, lets say you were getting a divorce and your SO just found out you are a member of TOB and P411 EB ect. In the middle of the divorce proceeding you had no idea she knew she files a court order for your P411 records ect. You were not smart enough to ask admins to make you dissapear. What does P411 do. Do they complie with court order? Are the servers held off seas so US laws do not apply. Are you just screwed in more ways then one?

Two, this is common with craigs, and backpage. A provider goes missing law enforcment jus t figure out they have a P411account. And recent contact was made through it right before dissapearance. They contact P411 admin. I assume complete cooperation. For the saftey of everyone. I don't know but was curious how these situation would be handeled and thought it would be a great 411 thread

P411 is a 100% Canadian company, subpoenas would need to be issued by a Canadian court.

How would p411 be relevant in a divorce case?

Most states are no fault divorce.

For p411 as noted they would have to get a Canadian court to issue the subpoena.

Not relevant for divorce, but could be for custody.

Which is why...for those of you who haven't figured it out yet... certain subjects are forbidden on the discussion board. We don't want search engines picking up those topics that kick in whatever treaties, compacts or agreements between governments to crack down on certain kinds of "trafficking " that may exist out there. As long as the only activities encouraged here between consenting adults are legal in Canada and in most cases just a misdemeanor in the States then no problem.

Gina's worst nightmare? Hypothetically of course. An u---r age provider with good fake ID(remember the Traci Lords porn fiasco) joins P411 then get's caught crossing the border with her adult boyfriend/pimp with a couple d--bies or worse in her back pack. Yes indeedy...the subpoenas come out then.

...Happy Hobbying...

...Crazy Horse...
