Posted April 11, 2014 Here's the first one on the market: http://news.discovery.com/tech/robotics/sex-robot-initially-health-aid.htm At a cost of $9,000 each, 4000 of these have already been ordered. That's less than a lot of hobbyists spend in a year. I'm not posting this to make anyone feel bad.......but it is interesting from both a technical and economic point of view. I would think that 3G providers would be hit hardest by this. Those ladies who can carry on an interesting and intelligent discussion in addition to sex......I.E. true GFE.....won't have anything to worry about. I think I'll wait until at least version 3.0, though. A malfunction in the "kegel subroutine" could be quite serious.
Posted April 11, 2014 Expensive, difficult to hide, and more importantly, difficult to keep clean. Repairs.......I don't even want to think about repairs.
Posted April 11, 2014 Fascinating. Are these the prototypes for the Stepford Wives?
Posted April 13, 2014 Note that article is from 2010. Wikipedia suggests that no one has ever actually gotten one.
