They all required me of the TOB account name or the p411 account. I am a newbie of this area. Posted February 2, 2014 Your TOB screen name, and a few bucks, will get you a cup of coffee. It is simple, find a lady you like on EB, try to set up a date, and follow her instructions completely. LOL I've never heard of any girl requiring a TOB profile in my 9 years here. ....or a manditory p411 for that matter. Sure, it makes things a whole lot easier. Girls like it. Guys like it. It's a tool for being discrete, but there are other ways to screen. You couldn't have contacted too many, IMO. Posted February 3, 2014 Am not sure who "THEY ALL" is in reference to and seems to me a generalization of all providers and an assumption on the OP's part. I've not heard of ladies in Colorado or any state I've visited for that matter requiring someone be a member of a board and have a P411 account.
