Posted December 17, 2012 Here are some clues IVe picked up on to see if they are agency, or use agency scams. 1. Ask them if their rate is all-inclusive,and a flat rate, and if the girls arriving will have a "show-up" fee. Agencies will be evasive and the girl will say she will discuss upon arival. 2. Agency or scamgirls will not discuss any kind of service, so do ask them if kissing is allowed, they wont even tell you that. If they do say kissing is okay, ask what you get for the visit. 3. Agency or scamgirls do not have good reviews, or usually have no reviews. 4. Google their numbers, and use Tineye on their pics. 5. If the pics are of glamour girls, with bleached teeth, its a red flag. 6. Its best to review, use TOB reviews, and the other sites for reviews. Posted December 20, 2012 I would say Google...google is the BEST to find out if a girl is an agency simply because the SAME # will be attached to MULTIPLE NAMES/POSTS. My rates are all inclusive and I state that in all my posts, however when people try to discuss services and other things via telephone I kindly divert them with the "We will discuss that when I arrive" as I am not going to incriminate myself via the telephone... Posted December 20, 2012 Well, my experience has been that reviews, and websites are the best methods of dealing with the scammers. The agencies or scamgirls do not post their rates, and hope the newbie caller will not ask if the rates are all-inclusive, and they are evasive about saying if the rate is a flat rate. If they do quote a rate, (usually only about $200-250), they avoid telling you if it is a "show-up" fee, and tell you that it will be discussed when the girl arrives (usually with a bully-boy pimp who is armed). When I say to ask about service, I did not imply that you ask specifics, only if they do massage only, or if kissing is allowed. Agency and scam girls are to paranoid to even ask that. Oh, and if the agency girl gets busted, the agency denies knowing who the girl is, and she is stuck. The agency has avoided mentioning services, right? The girl has to upsell like hell to get any income. wow. I talked about this to my attorney friend, and if the girl says kissing and companionship are provided, she is in the clear. He has handled lots of cases for providers, and what is the incriminating point is ALWAYS exchange of money for sex, even if she only does a massage and touches genitals in any way. He said he hasnt had a case where the internet ad has had any play in prosecuting, its the exchange of money. If a girl will not "discuss services and other things via telephone," and will only discuss that when she arrives, how is a guy supposed to know what services he can expect until she arrives? Then you are in TOFT territory and you can't complain about rolling the dice to see who shows and what occurs. As for phone conversations, it is a lot easier for LE to phone around and gather evidence than to set up a bust. If the lady answers certain questions on the phone, then she is more likely to say and do stuff in person that will result in a good arrest. Posted December 21, 2012 I certainly do agree with the ideas for screening agency and scam girls, it seems that reviews are the best route. Ive talked to lots of girls who have been busted, many are agency girls in the hotel rooms, because they are in the clear until an exchange of money. The second largest group of girls busted are casino bar girls and streetwalkers. The smallest group is internet girls, but when they are busted, the only evidence the vice needs is the exchange of money. U can incriminate urself both ways phone or in person! i dont talk about prices or services on the phone or in my ads just me but if u do ask i do say that im sure u will be pleased! or google my movies for a preview of whats in store! never worked for an agency so dont know how that works but googling and reading reviews are the best tools for reaearch for me! 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted December 23, 2012 Couple of things. A website is most useful to give info. Agencies never give any info about price of service on the phone, only their "show-up" fee, and a large proportion of the soliciting arrrests in LV, are from agency girls, according to my attorney friend, who handles lots of these girls. The ad is rarely used in court, and the acid test happens as soon as (and only), when the money is offered to the girl. Some of them just look at the money, dont say anything, and get busted anyway. My attorney friend, said when she get up in front of the judge and says she said nothing, who is the judge going to believe? The law officer or a prostitute?
