Posted April 21, 2012 How long do you consider pictures new. I like to run "New Pics" in my ad title. When should I drop "New Pics" if it is the third day in a row that I am posting that same picture is it still new? Is it new for a day, week or a month or number of post after 1, 10 or 30 post when is it consider old?
Posted April 21, 2012 if it is the third day in a row that I am posting that same picture is it still new? Yes. Just because you have advertised as new for three days in a row does not mean that there are PLENTY of guys that have not seen them yet. Some guys do not look at the boards every day, some do not even look every week. So for a guy that only looks at the board a couple times a month, that photo that you posted last month may still be new to him. I will run "new pictures" in my title for at least a month. Obviously this is a very objectionable question you are asking. To some, new pictures can last for months since they only get photos done once every couple of years. To others, that take photos more often, obviously a couple days is what they consider new. And like I said, for guys that do not look at the board often "new pictures" are obviously going to be "newer" to him than the guy that looks at the boards every day.
Posted April 21, 2012 I agree with Destiny - a month sounds fair for a new picture.

Posted April 21, 2012 How long do you consider pictures new. I'll chime in and hop aboard the "1 month" train. That seems about right. If you significantly change hair style or weight, or get a huge new tat, then maybe not as long.
Posted April 21, 2012 Thank you Wendy. The graphics were done by one of Denver's Own. I would love to post her name and give credit where credit is due but I think it is against the rule. Shilling. I will just say she is pretty amazing and did some cute graphics out of the kindness of her heart. I have never met her in person. She called me one day to tell me about a great website that I can use to put watermarks and name on my pictures. She actually made it for me when we went thru the whole signature block issue. I simple asked her for advice of where find a sexy picture that included a book. Then she surprised me with the graphics. LOL I tried to hire her as computer tutor but she is a busy gal and one classy lady.
Posted April 22, 2012 Hmm, well I am done with the tats for now! Since I just take my own pics I only label them new for a week or so...I get bored easy and like to switch things up. Now, if they were professionally done or even semi close, then yes, new for at least a month. Things can't possibly change that much in a month right???
Posted April 22, 2012 (edited) For me, "new" == posted for a week or so. After that, switch them out for some more "new" pics from the same photo session. Another term often bandied about is "Recent" == taken w/in the past three months. Edited April 22, 2012 by Bit Banger formatting
