If a provider is used for a reference from a potential client and I research and see something that indicates unsafe practice is a option with the particular provider there is no chance of a meeting. I do not know what happened and if it was unsafe I am submitting my self to risking my life. UNSAFE IS A DEATH SENTENCE!
