Owl- The article that you reference is about a "compounding" pharmacy which can be more of a mom-and-pop operation headed by a pharmacist. So not exactly applicable to the discussion. Still, I basically agree with your argument. Well over half of the generic prescription drugs that everyone takes are manufactured in India or China. I've also used Indian pharmacies with absolutely no problems. The pills are packaged carefully in air-tight blister pill packs with the expiration date on each pack.

Yeah, it's a recurring topic, and probably beaten to death. I've only been here a short time, and I think the topic has come up twice. I feel sorry for young, responsible, AA men reading that shit and feeling rejected based on their skin color. It's just totally repulsive to read in print. Yet, is this racism on the part of the providers? I don't think so. The reality (for whatever reason) is that young AA men are *statistically* more likely to be involved with crime and violence and my guess is that providers fear for their safety. That's self-preservation, not racism. What the ads say about human nature in general is more depressing: I wonder how much of the same stereotyping occurs in our LE and courts, which *must* be color-blind. Just in a less overt way. I have one quick off-topic question: If LE were putting up a fake ad as part of a sting, do you think they would they put "no black or AA men" in the ad? Just how low would LE go to add realism to a fake ad?

The online Wiki echos what you said in your post -- that the series portrays the power difference between men and women, adultery, sexism, all set in the 1960s (which really isn't that long ago). You post got my interest piqued and I reserved the first two seasons on DVD from the library.

So Anthony received a swift, indefinite, suspension from the NBA for something as harmless as solicitation. Compare that to Ray Rice who clocked the shit out of his fianc?e in the face, knocked her unconscious and dragged her by the hair out of an elevator. The NFL response was initially a 2 game suspension. It took the NFL an additional 5 months and a public uproar to get the NFL to put some teeth into his suspension. Even the suspension was overruled in court, and Rice has a settlement (guessing in 7 figures) with the Ravens. Suppose that things are getting better -- but even in 2015, we live in a strange Puritanical society where violence is tolerated but sex is considered evil.

Hey Sparkey, glad you are feeling better. You're getting a lot of traffic in this thread because almost everyone, at some point, deals with back pain. I agree strongly with Ink and PitBull that you should avoid chiropractors entirely. Your GP or a neurologist would be far better. Since I've been "around the block" with back troubles, here's some more unsolicited advice: (*) There's an old expression that you should look for horses instead of zebras. In other words, look for the most common problems first. The most common cause of back pain is a pulled muscle or a mild slipped disc. In the common case (as Ink says) anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAIDs) with exercise (like swimming) helps a lot. (*) If you have a more serious problem(like I did 15 yrs ago), the things to look for would be pain when lying down (motionless), weakness or numbness in your legs, bowel or bladder problems, or sciatica (pain radiating down your butt into the back of your legs). If you have any of those symptoms, I would see a neurologist and get an MRI right away. What better place to receive medical advice than a forum devoted to escorts!

OP, Okay, I will sound like your father, here. I was also in school forever in my 20s, but I would never think of paying for sex back then. Managing your debt is incredibly important when you are young. Also, you must be surrounded by hot college-age girls. Why not work on your game with the civie girls? I used to TA undergrad courses with the sole purpose of sleeping around. Or hit the gym or the swimming pool. Being in school is the best, and it will never get any better.

Maybe just supply and demand? There is vastly more demand for women than men. The few men that make it in the sex industry must be perfect physical specimens and have tons of charisma.

There are plenty of "millionaire-next-door types" who got there by *not* buying designer clothes, leasing Porches, and blowing money on trips to the French Riviera. Men like that have internal self-confidence and don't need to flaunt their wealth in ridiculous ways. I basically disagree that you can judge someone's wealth from their appearance.
