So- how should a text from a prospective new client read? (I'm fairly new to the Denver area) Typically I start with "Hi (Name), I saw your (ad/ Toot/ etc) and I was interested in (time) (incall/outcall). What do you need from me?" I have not been getting great responses, so... any advice would be appreciated.

Tried to check her out and take one for the team- and... she's a scam. Texted her to set up appointment and she replied with a website and a cam request. She says she requires the cam to verify details. Asked about P411 or other verification and she refused. Site with her info had a bunch of "reviews" that were generic and didn't mention anything about service or location. All reviews were within last few weeks. Overall- recommend you steer clear. Something is off and probably not worth the headache.
