I agree that in order to survive right now, it would to be explicit.. But,, not being able to exchange info makes that site a useless. All you ladies have to verify is general info from other ladies, but the guys are not being able to verify through info exchange means that the best a guy can do is take a shot in the dark and hope for a good time. I do not want that.

Because that is how it should work, Having good details by different guys show you consistency
  3. Now Law

LOL....nope, not good enough. And hopefully, there are multiple honest ones by different guys to show her consistency. Let's be honest,
  4. I agree with the statements here. I am a Dallas guy that was an Eccie member for years and I have been welcomed in the community. I appreciated Eccie as a site that had at least some honest reviews, info share and some hobby related discussions. But as has been pointed out, there were many bad apples and for the most part, Eccie was a site platform for pimp/facilitator reviews, agendas and most discussion threads turned into bickering, name calling and circular logic drama. The bad part was that the mods not only allowed it to fester, from some of their posts, they fed into and encouraged it. The reality is, most guys anywhere are looking to get the most service for the least amount and vice versa, most ladies are looking to do the least service for the most amount. However, no guy wants to take a shot in the dark and hope that he has a good time with a provider that has pretty pics. And no provider wants to be haggled or feel uncomfortable. There has to be a happy medium.
  5. SESTA / FOSTA to be signed Wednesday

From a legal standpoint, I agree, but as you know, this is the oldest profession in the world and has always been illegal. Adaptation of adult boards on the internet allowed to screen better fro both the providers and the clients. The issues that SESTA/FOSTA are concerned with is more sex trafficking of minors and/or ladies against their will and using internet adult boards as platforms for doing so, holding the site owners and its employees legally responsible. Now, because of those new laws, an indirect consequence is that the shot in the dark mentality is about to return and all a guy can hope for is the service matches the pretty pictures since there will be nothing to research when seeking a provider he has not seen BCD before.
  6. Assholes are taunting and celebrating

That is the premise of these new laws. The pimps and traffickers HAD a perfect platforms to advertise their flock of ladies and because of that, the ladies who provide because they chose to do so of their own volition and need to pay their bills, feed themselves, ect. have to suffer for the time being. I do have contact info for double figures of legit ladies I have seen and I hope their rates do not go up, but if they do, maybe I can be grandfathered in since I am a repeat client.
  7. SESTA / FOSTA to be signed Wednesday

If that is what it takes to keep us afloat, I would have no problem with the site going to this format, but, IMO, it would require much more behind the scenes work and sharing of info.
  8. SESTA / FOSTA to be signed Wednesday

That is the entire meaning of an adult review board, for providers to place ads and do what they advertise and for guys to do honest reviews of their sessions, to not only hold the provider accountable, but also instead of just a pretty set of pics that can be photoshopped, when a hobbyist chooses to contact a provider and hire her for her service, he wants to know what he is getting for his money.
  9. Hello Dallas

Please, not EVERYONE, but most of them who are looking for a legit site to call home and be amongst like minded people.
  10. Hello Dallas

Glad you could join us. Back when I signed up for p411 over 6 years ago, I did not give any personal info, I learned that a handful of ladies that I have seen were on P411 and asked them to vouch for me and I recieved 6 months free access to start. I do not know if they still offer the 6 months tho. Getting and maintaining my P411 account is the best investment I have made in the hobby, it is esepecially relevent now that I have to start over on this site witn no review history.
  11. Eccie bites the dust

Well, that is everywhere you go, but from what I have seen on TOB, there are no bickering/fighting threads between members nor are there frequent posting trolls that get the freedom to hijack threads and degrade others who posted on them, or throw out wild unfounded accusations in hopes to be taken at just their word and their water carried for them. But, even with 105 p411 provider OKs, I feel like I am starting over as a newbie to the hobby world!
  12. Hello Dallas

Yes, we need a Dallas super thread, thanks Analeese for starting it. I am sure that all the other Dallas Eccie refugees appreciate it too. And if they decide to join thinking this is going be the same, looking at the TOB rules, many of them are going to be in for a shock when they cannot troll the way they were allowed to on Eccie and will not be long for membership on this site! I am looking forward to being able to post without name calling and speculative assumptive attacks and have some great discussions on TOB!
  13. Eccie bites the dust

Dallas Eccie refugee here as well. I appreciated what Eccie was suppose to be meant for (honest reviews and coed/member discussions that were actual discussions), but what it turned into was lots of pimp/ad reviews and the frequent posters in discussion threads were agenda laden negative trolls that took personal shots/did baiting posts to stir the drama pot. So, I for one was not sad to see it shut down. I am hoping the site staff on here will nip that in the bud when and if the same starts up here.
  14. Eccie cities

I think once that all the former Eccie members, such as myself, that were in Texas, especially the Dallas and Houston areas find out that this site is active and want to join, the Texas forum will get so full of posts and members from the Dallas metro area, that maybe the region of Texas will eventually broken down into metro areas.
