I feel for you all. I have been very lucky this year, I have dodged all the major damage. Last year, not so luck. 2016 was even worse. My business building got $121 000 damage!! (yes $121K) Stay safe out there!

Read their website, ad etc., contact them with their preferred method. If its a text I normally include some details, such as desired time, date and appointment length (I always say appointment in case its a wrong number). I make no reference to the type of appointment of course. I offer up the fact that I have a board handle, references etc. If I get a reply I will send what they request for screening. I am always polite, before during and after appointments! Some people never respond. I move on in those cases.

Hahahaha! I can not tell you how often this has happened to me. I am like you, I try be specific and detailed. I often go further and say " would love the opportunity to meet you. 6pm on Thursday works for me but I can be flexible. I have references and I am on P411 with X amount of OK's.... It's now harder to find information about ladies I might want to visit, that's huge. P411 is still a valuable resource. I suck at time management yet I still make sure I never over stay. I make it a point not to do so, no matter how well things are going conversation wise. Anyway, I recommend setting an alarm, on time with 5 minute snooze intervals. When it goes off reset to snooze but say, "oh that's our time". If he delays, in 5 minutes it goes off again. You can repeat as often as you want, but at some point just say, "sorry I am out of time, I have a Dr's appointment I can't be late" That way he doesn't feel like you are rushing him, especially if its you let it snooze? Just an option. One of my ATF ladies does this, I'm not offended at all. Last time she just kept chatting, she turned it off, she wanted to keep chatting, it was cool but she was in control. She extended our stay over an hour, I had to tell her I needed to leave ( I had another appointment ) LOL

I find it interesting that some providers either use false pictures, or completely obscure their face, while others have no problems showing their face at all. I have always wondered about this dynamic and how providers can be so very different. I much prefer real pictures, especially candid selfies, even if the face is obscured. At times, the only issue is knowing if the face matches the body.

I have been reading ads and profiles for some time. Ah, I see I made a typo error on my first post, twice, its spelled "boerewors"! Its good no matter how you spell it!!

Its made with a combination of beef and pork usually. It looks just like Brat Wurst, except it is longer and usually thicker. Normally sold in a roll, several feet long. Its the spice that makes it so completely different!! Its heavenly! I think you would enjoy getting your mouth around this sausage!
