If you live in Chicago we have a Providers Network website where you can search for things like doctors, lawyers, therapists, etc. that are SW'er friendly. I realize it's not much help for us CO folks, but maybe it will spark a copy cat to create one for us! I should ad that these are not trade-for-services type of listings; they are fee-for-service.

Yassss! The Hitachi is one of my favs too. I have one that is waterproof up to 3 meters. So interesting that the Hitachi company doesn't want to be known as the maker of adult toys so much so that they changed the name. Yet, it's one of the most highly revered toys. Hitachi divorces the wand I've never heard of a "sleeve", but it sounds super fun! Can you post pics or links? I'm super curious...

Asking for a discount for ANY reason is crass and insulting, IMHO. If you don't have reviews and/or look like a newbie, you may be vulnerable to predatory behavior. Props to the OP for his dedication to the craft and living the dream Also, unfortunately, ED is one of the FIRST signs of heart issues- even in the 40's and 50's. Instead of testing for heart issues, MDs prescribe ED meds because they are trained to do symptom reduction, not find the root of the issue. While heart issues aren't always the case, it's extremely wise to insist on heart related testing to rule out the possibility early on. If it's a physical issue, it's often a vascular problem causing blood flow issues to the extremities (which is also common in diabetes). I know this might not relate to the OP specifically, but I hope it sparks some thought and curiosity!

This is a great post! I'm so curious to see what other gents have found to be memorable and discrete. I've gifted many things over the years to some of my favorite friends. I think the most joyous was a can of whip cream for his birthday. While the whip cream wasn't a forever keeper, the memory of his excitement was priceless for both of us. I've also sent a luxury package of chocolates from my favorite chocolatier to someone's office (with their permission of course), with the card thanking them for their hard work from a fully satisfied customer/client by the name of Veronica Jones
