I can’t have my work or personal phone on during meetings. It’s too distracting for ME. Whatever message or call that is coming in will still be there when I’m finished. I feel the same about when driving. The message will still be there, it’s not going anywhere. During a multi hour engagement, Mist guys don’t mind a quick break to glacé at our phones to make sure the world is not crashing. I think it’s rude to leave a phone on. 🤷‍♀️

It’s feeling 2007-08ish right now. The car dealers can’t get rid of cars now. There are lots of 2023 models, and incentives, and I’m sure we will see more. Layoffs are happening (Stellantis 400). It’s not good.😐 I had more money when I made substantially less. It’s scary as hell.

I had a client walk in on what seemed a business call. All activities proceeded while on the call with an occasional finger to the mouth in a shhhh fashion. It was awkward, but I think for some it’s a turn in as it’s happened another time with a different client. The first time the client was on with his wife. I was very green, and would NEVER do that again.

I think the answer is to send his deposit back. It’s not necessary to be an asshole. If he sent the deposit, he had good intentions.I appreciate the heads up as I don’t want to get sick.
