Let's not oversimplify this. There are elite providers who use backpage at times. Albeit, they never show their face or mention their name, they are real and in high demand. I met a TGTBT girl who visited using only Backpage. I spent as much time with her as I could. I gave have her a fantastic review and a couple others gave her averages. Probably cause....yes it is mandatory. The statutes with regard to probable cause means a reasonable suspicion that is not out of the ordinary and that can be articulated. The stature of greater concern has more to do when the situation deals with arrest due to being caught in the act, with documented exchange of goods or cash which is not really possible for any cop to do or prove. There are providers who keep their word, who don't schedule back to back and who are professional. Sad but true. The worst offenders are the supposedly upscale providers. A few of them have an attitude of take what you need and leave the rest. Even if they've confirmed twice unless you are a regular. Then that is a potential lost interaction. Guys on the phone, they haven't seen are really not even actual persons yet. They get a million texts and calls a day whether they want it or not. Many from stalkers. Spend the day with a reputable provider who's not working or hasn't posted. It still doesn't stop.
