Have you ever ENCOUNTERED a form of SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION? In most cases, we all have but in a lot of other cases, people don't understand how it is being used. EXAMPLES = A person/group favors another group of people over another person/group, leading to DISADVANTAGE for those not part of the favored group. Lets use the TOB discussion board as an example. TOB members on numerous occasions being personally attacked by this one particular FAVORED GROUP on their different views/opinions/choice in women/communication etc. You don't have to respond for FEAR of RETALIATION but I am glad you at least read it. If you don't RESPOND, remember, you are not THE PROBLEM but you are part of why THE PROBLEM still exist.

Today I must have set a RECORD. I went to see 4 girls that were all BAIT N SWITCHES LOL and 1 real one. Am I UPSET/MAD about it, NOT AT ALL? Yep, I usually get er done between Oct 15th and Nov 1st but last year I got distracted. LOL, results = backflow BURST and had water shooting upward a good 50 feet.
