We scheduled the appointment for 3pm and told him he would need to call us Saturday to confirm. He did call us Sat morning and we told him the hotel that Hannah would be working out of. However, no changes were made to his appointment time. He then calls us from the hotel parking lot at around 10am and said that he was at the hotel and ready to see Hannah. We informed him that his appointment was not until 3pm and he would have to return then. Now we can't be sure if he wrote down the wrong appointment time or if he was just trying to get in early, but we are very certain that we clearly discussed an appointment time of 3pm on Saturday with him.<br>We always go to great lengths to see to it that our customers are very happy with our service.
