This client had a hygienic issue with his genitals. I discovered the problem when the session was already underway. When I asked the client if they would like to take a shower, they declined stating they already had taken one. I did not feel comfortable telling the client to leave at this point because I did not know how he would react to being told about his hygienic issue, and I did not want to create a tense or potentially violent situation.
