Experience Description: The nuru thing sounds fun so I call. Guy answers. This guy is a major part of the problem. I don't mind that a guy is calling. It's his lack of professionalism. After I let her finish about how I inconveniences her, and I started to complain about her help, her reply was, "he is only 18!!" and hung up on me. Crazy bitch.
