I prebooked my time, screening was painless, and her directions were spot on. It wasn't her fault that the city decided to do some unannounced road work that day. But I still made it on time. Much of what has already been mentioned was on the menu. Besides the BCD activities, Kennedy was a delight to talk with. She's super sweet, but I think may have an edgier side to her as well.
