Experience Description: appointment with agency on Tuesday morning for an 8pm date with Nadine on Wednesday. No day of coordination instructions. At 2:30pm on Wed I hadn't heard anything about location or instructions for that evening. I texted the agency requesting info, said I was going on short bike ride and might not respond immediately. 3:00pm agency replies "OK, no problem". At 4:00 I still had no info and texted "standing by for location and instructions". At 4:43pm agency texts location and tells me her flight is delayed and they'll let me know when she arrives. I replied that that I'm up in the mountains with a long drive down, had to leave in an hour and needed to know her status before I left. I said late is ok, I don't want her to feel rushed, just let me know. Reply, "OK". I was thinking of cancelling as the agency wasn't giving me very prompt or reassuring information and I was wondering if Nadine would actually make it and if she did, she would probably be frazzled and tired from a bad travel day. At 5:30pm I text that I'm getting ready to leave and ask if there are any updates and offer to push back the time or reschedule if her plans are messed up. Reply, "we should be ok". So, I leave my house at 5:50pm. At 7:53pm I text "Parked for Nadine". Reply, "she will be ready at 8:15". I reply "ok, no rush". At 8:30pm agency texts "she will be ready in 10-15 minutes". I reply, "ok". At 9:00pm I text, "??". Agency texts, "sorry, don't know what's going on with her looks like we will have to reschedule". I head back for the hills. At 10:20 I get a text while driving, "she fell asleep and didn't wake up". 4 hours of driving and an hour of waiting. The communication from the agency was disjointed and unhelpful. Seems like they're handling many girls at a time and are unable to manage off schedule operations. I had a similar situation a couple years ago with an independent provider. She maintained good communication and coordination and everything worked out fine. Not the first negative experience with an agency but it will be the last.
