For years I've listened to providers tell tales of the pathetic fools that get their calls blocked, and now I'm one of them!=) So guys, I guess the lessons to be learned from this story are, 1.) Always give your cell # when booking an appointment and, 2.) Be VERY careful in providing references to Diamond. If she mistakenly labels you as "untrustworthy" there is nothing you can do to lose that label.
