Experience Description: Called to setup an appointment today around 11:30. She answered right away, She said she wasn't taking clients until 3pm and I said "okay, Let's make it for 3." She told me to call and let her know when I was leaving to confirm the appointment. Before hanging up I told her I was very excited to meet her, and she (I feel) sarcastically agreed.
