Posted February 27, 2019 I have submitted a review twice and it has been denied both times all fields have been filled out. The reason stated was bland description and activities described. I asked if she'd like a review and said yes just no details as she treats each session as it own time and it's different for each person. I fleshed out the description the second time. Posted February 28, 2019 I have had similar experience. It never happened when there was a reference already in place as Megan suggested above.
