Posted January 16, 2016 I have had some challenges finding providers who truly accept credit cards (CC) or Paypal (PP). Many P411 providers state that CC or PP are accepted...only to find out they actually do not accept those forms of payment. Conversely, I am discovering that many providers accept CC or PP are accepted when not listed in their profile.
