But the parking and going through the lobby bothers me. I am very well known in the Denver area and would prefer to not run into people who know me. Most of everything said is good advice. The vice cops have been known to intimidate those leaving a suspected location of adult services. Some jurisdictions have seizure ordinances that only need a preponderance of a doubt(51%), not beyond reasonable doubt. Some jurisdictions have things set up where the arrested person has to spend 24 hours in jail before seeing a judge, posting bond or making a telephone call. In other words, sentence before proof. As far as probable cause, a lady's picture on EB, BP,P411, or any other site, plus traffic at the site meets the requirement. Virtually all ASPs I have seen are acutely aware of their environment and take steps to ensure maximum safety for the client as well as themselves. They don't bring attention to themselves, don't piss off neighbors, aren't rude to hotel staff, aren't demanding and are generally considered great hotel guests and neighbors. What I'm trying to say if you run into an ASP who appears frustrated, demanding, rude, or insolent, it does increase the chance of attracting LE's attention. I don't know how much it increases attention, but I do know of cases where a ripped off client, upset neighbors/hotel staff or loud and obnoxious clients have resulted in LE action. There is no guaranteed way to avoid risks but being smart minimizes risk. If you are going to hobby, be aware of the risks. If contacted by LE, remain calm, do not panic, and don't melt under the pressure. If they have the right to seize your car, arrest you, etc, they often make assurances that they can let you go, not seize your car, no jail booking, etc. If they follow through on these issues, they never had a case in the first place. If they have a case, they will milk you for everything they can, then still put you through the system. If you really want to save your car without legal help, expect to become an informant for some set period of time and a set number of ASPs to be arrested. The hobby is great. The ASPs take their risks and their lumps. Hobbyists should accept their risks, as well as their lumps. Doing anything else just makes a shitty situation shittier, causes lots of harm to others as well as your own reputation, and creates not only more shitty situations, but more paranoia. If an ASP shows me the consideration that the delay imposed on my time and my schedule it helps. In the quoted case, "I ran late, let's just relax, it's ok to run over by 10 minutes" probably would help my mood greatly, even if I didn't need or want the time. "Gee whiz, I can't, I'm already late for my next appointment....." goes back to rude, annoying and disrespectful(of my time).

The Canadian Supreme Court ruled all prostitution laws in Canada violated the guarantee to life, liberty and the security of the person. Escort licensing - only a tool used by LE to charge a lady with something if they can't prove prostitution. Much lower need for proof. Basically a harassment charge to imply higher number of vice arrests. Reasons to decriminalize or legalize. Criminalizing prostitution allows for the ugly underbelly to be fed. It allows the hustlers, pimps, authorities, and predators to manipulate the young and inexperienced. They prey on the fears of the weaker/newer/youngest. They offer "protection" from LE and violent hobbyists when they are the abusers, controllers and violent prone. It serves the purpose of making sex for sell seem ugly, dangerous, depraved. Decriminalization/legalization would allow the sunlight to expose the business as a business with legitimate standards. It would minimize the ugly underbelly and help protect the weak and desperate. It will not solve many of the problems, but would minimize the problems.
