Only three of my friends know, and they're all amazingly cool about it and super supportive. It kills me that I can't tell my closest friend - I just don't think she'd understand. I wanted to tell a guy friend the other night because, while out to dinner, he started talking shit about a couple walking by - he was a much older gentleman and she was a super hot young thing. He was going on and on about them and I just looked at him and said "maybe she's an escort". That sort of shut him up. I had to bite my lip after that and change the subject.
