Why would the women lower the rates? If you cannot afford a provider, use your right hand for a week or two. The rate is what the lady feels she can get from her services and time. Lowering the rate would imply she is worth less. I would rather pay more to have a more relaxed time with a sexy thang, as opposed to a conveyer-like mechanical experience.
