Chuckle...first time in the break room,went in and saw just over 30 people watching C-Span. Looking forward to watching both conventions on this channel. No commercial interruptions,no talking heads trying to explain (distort ) what was said.No pick and choose what to air and what to avoid letting the public see.

Its ridiculous that ANY politician in ANY country would get blamed for the Covid-19 virus. This is a world wide pandemic. Every country is infected. That said..how could it have been handled better ? or how can it be handled worse ? Oh,how come no one rioted when unarmed Gilbert Collar ,Dillon Taylor and Justine Damond were killed by cops ?

Watching the campaign commercials,that definitely leaves the Democrats out,although there are two of them not running a smear campaign and actually have a good record,so voting for them. VERY very few incumbents worth voting for . Did notice that one candidate who spent 51 years in government is blaming someone in their 4th year ,for things they not only never fixed..but actually started. Yes,watching C-Span is a good thing. Not throwing my vote away...just being careful with it .

Reading this slowly,it appears that the lady in question called HH an entitled brat and worse.Not the other way around. Looks like he called her a bitch in response to her attitude. There are better ways to respond on both sides without having the shit hit the fan.

The Colorado Blvd location had some hot servers that moved into nude modeling,stripping and porn.Not all,of course,but quite a few. It had a relaxing vibe to it vs the posh atmosphere of fine dining .

I look at it his way. When an escort leaves the hobby,she wants all her photos to disappear and leave no trace of her former business.that is a damn good reason not to reuse her photos in anything. (including blurred ) Representative images are a crock. No two lades have the exact same body. Too many ladies have used photos that are obviously not them. They can be heavier,older or have ink . Met one that was skinnier than her pix . (looked like a drug addict ). How many times have guys said they walked because the photos did not match the person that opened the door. I've never used photo editing software or darkroom manipulations in my decades as a photographer..ever.Never seen a reason to. Must be doing things right. I've co-owned a photo studio in Metro LA that is half an acre in size and always booked solid. Since my stroke ,my business partner has brought in interns from a famous college,they get credits for working there.

I was a part time (3 shifts a week ) DJ at Shotguns in 83/84. Never had a problem with clients and security was not armed. Last time I visited was about two years ago and it was tame (and the entertainment was not up to the previous standards ) . One of the current managers is a friend,called to ask about this incident and how they have been dealing with Covid-19. That said,haven't seen an escort or gone to any clubs since this coronavirus started. Glendale has wanted to rid itself of strip clubs for a long time. Will be interesting to see how this all works out.

Well, since my mild stroke last year put me into retirement. I can now be more open about my career in photography. Don't know what photographers you know,but in my decades long experience,we used three types of releases. 1. When the client pays us,they own the photos. (This includes ,among others,wedding pictures, model/actor composites & head shots ). 2. I pay the model,I own the photos.However I do not blur a face/crop the head off and sell them as '"representative photos" or use them in any way that demeans the model. My contract with The Oyster allowed them to publish a photo only ONCE. (example ) (and I had final approval ) 3. The most profitable. A company/magazine/record company/video company etc Pay both the model and the photographer,in which case.THEY own the photos. (companys pay thousands for this ) As for "stolen photos" used by escorts. From my recent experiences,yes the police do,when they bust girls for prostitution ,also bust them if they use stolen photos.Its called "reckless endangerment " of the person in the stolen photos. I made a long post over a year ago about how a mainstream model was attacked in a public bar by a man who thought she was an escort due to having seen her face in an escort ad and got pissed when she turned her offer down. I was in the courtroom when the escort got a huge fine,time in jail and had to pay restitution. He,of course,was convicted on assault charges. You do business your way and I'll do business my way. But don't ever say all photographers do it your way.In my decades long experience ,that isn't true.

I've used model release forms since the 70s.,with the clear understanding as to where and not where the photos would end up. Hmm, so are you saying that you license photos of mainstream models to escorts as 'representative " images ? Hope you paid at least triple scale for unrestricted use.
