I've noticed lately there are a couple of people that say do your own research whenever a question is asked. But isn't asking questions on the board and reading forums part of doing research? If you can't be helpful and point somebody in the right direction maybe you should just keep to yourself. But that's just one man's opinion

Thank you everybody for taking the time to respond. I'm new to the boards but not the hobby. Sorry if I didn't follow protocol or if I offended anybody. I was just looking for some opinions, that's what I thought this board was about. Thanks again to those who had some great recommendations.
