This begs the question, what is considered early? One minute, five, ten? If I have a 11am appointment, do I wait until 11 to arrive? No disrespect intended to anyone, but I’ve had the situation where I did that and by the time I parked, sent a message, got a response with final directions and got to the room, I was already ten minutes into my hour. Precious time wasted in my opinion. That’s why I have adapted the arrive inside of five minutes of scheduled time and send a message asking to “let me know when you’re ready for me.” (Again this all depends on location. If it’s hard to blend in, I’ll wait until last minute to arrive.) And please, correct me if I’m wrong but in my opinion, if I’ve scheduled an hour, it should be an hour from the time I walk in the door until the time I walk out. On a side note, god bless the ladies who get caught up in the moment and the conversation and tell you there’s no need to rush out. As much as it pains me, I’ve had to bring up that my time is up on a couple of occasions....but I digress. I’m all about respecting the her time, so some clarification from the ladies about what is considered early and when the hour begins and ends would be greatly appreciated.

Done that too. If I’ve never been there I like to do a drive by and scope out the area first so I don’t look quite so lost when I get out of my car.

Get yourself a pair of maintenance worker coveralls and a tool belt. You’ll walk right in without a second look...unless the ice maker’s broken...how are you with tools? 😂😂😂. Hell that might be a fun outfit to start the session with depending on what’s in your tool belt.

My family had a 95 pound German Shepherd when I was a kid. Anytime someone would come to the house she would position herself between us (the kids) and our guest and never took her eyes off them.. Most protective dog I’ve ever seen. Had two Labs fifteen years ago, a chocolate and a yellow. Raised them from pups and lost them at 11 and 12 years. I cried like a baby. It’s like losing a family member. Down to one cat now and as much of a pain in the ass as she is, there’s nothing like having her curl up on my lap and fall asleep purring. Pets are the best therapy money can buy!

My rule of thumb is to arrive no more than five minutes early and send a text saying “I just parked, please let me know when you’re ready for me.” Depending on the location, I may stop a block away for discretion...don’t want to be sitting in my car in her driveway for too long. It’s worked so far.

And that’s the way it should be. Making a connection with your partner makes everything else so much more fun. And it’s pretty easy to recognize it if it’s fake.

So a couple of weeks ago I received a message from one of my favorite ladies here, just saying hello and asking how I’ve been. Have to say, I was a little surprised and also flattered that she was thinking about me. Question for the ladies and gents. How common is this and how do you feel about it? For me, it got her back in my head again and I’m thinking I need to schedule with her soon. So it was definitely a smart marketing move on her part, but since the conversation ended without her asking when I was going to schedule with her again, I also take it as a compliment that she enjoys my company and our conversations. (Note to self: schedule with ***** soon!) So thanks to all the wonderful ladies that make this hobby so much fun.

I fumbled through all the past messages on my phone to see who’s numbers I have and started saving them. Glad we’re back up because I’m missing a bunch that I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet. Time to get busy!

I’m out of rep points too, otherwise you would get one here. I have met several amazing ladies here and there are a few that I reach out to on occasion to say hi. I hope I’m never considered a time waster because that’s not the intent. I’ve only had repeat visits with two of them so far and the results were fantastic. There are others that I expect will be equally amazing the second time around but unless I hit the lottery this week, I’ll have to be patient. But all good things are worth waiting for.
