  1. Not a good idea from a physiological standpoint. If the testes become too "warm" from being too close to a man's body, all kinds of bad things can happen in terms of things "working" properly.
  2. I sure hope that you put the stripe in the back.
  3. Ad vs Website Pictures

Do you really want to schedule with someone that cannot "lie" consistently?
  4. Sorry, but your answer is incorrect. The different number of possible combinations is dependant upon whether or not you are "sampling" with, or without, "replacement." And even then, the probability that any particular "ball" will be "drawn" will change as the process is completed. Assuming that the sampling is done without replacement, the answer is 30 Factorial minus 24 Factorial. Please note that question was how many "possible" combinations, not how many will be red or blue balls will there be in the 6 ball combination.
  5. Should I lose my virginity to a provider?

WHY are you asking us? Do you not have the ability to make your own decisions? Perhaps your question explains precisely why you haven't already "lost" it.
  6. New to this at least new to TOB

    Goodbye 'officer.'
  7. Alas, we cannot tell a lie. It is most certainly TGTBT.
  8. That's actually kind of mild compared to some of the things that are seen. Back in my days as a Corpsman in the Navy, I was working in the ER at a Naval Hospital (Oak Knoll) in the Bay area. An Army Colonel came into the OR claiming to have fallen on his pager and "lost" it in his rear end. He did have enough common sense to not go to Letterman, the Army hospital in the area. We sent one of the newer Orthopedic Techs in to ask the good Colonel for the pager number for his medical records and the Colonel was dumb enough to provide it. Every time that we got a little bored that evening, somebody would dial the number just to see how high we could get that Colonel to jump off of the gurney. That was one of the better duty shifts that any of us ever had.
  9. This is nothing new or surprising to any medical type that has ever worked in an Emergency Room. During my first clinical rotation, we had a guy come in walking very "strangely" and accompanied by his girlfriend. We were able to extract the dildo under sedation - it wouldn't come out otherwise - and they were sent home. Several hours later, back came this very same couple, and he was "walking" very strangely again. When we asked what happened, he pointed at his girlfriend and she stammered out a response that went like this "Well, umm, after you guys got it out earlier, we, umm, thought it would, umm, be ok, 'cause, you know, the umm, hole was 'bigger' now. Needless to say, the entire ER staff at this county hospital got a hell of a laugh out of this couple.
  10. Escort taxes for dummies?!

Assuming that the subject is income taxes, the requirement to pay income taxes is imposed on ALL income of US citizens regardless of the source of the income, or the location where such income was derived. There are innumerable Court cases supporting the obligation to pay income taxes, and there are several Supreme Court decisions which hold the "Constitutional" arguments made by Snipes (among others) to be INVALID. The manner in which the income was earned IS NOT material, and there are numerous IRS/Court determinations where income earned from illegal enterprises has been taxed (think Al Capone to start with). In theory, the determination of taxable income, and the related taxes owed, is simple - determine the amount of gross revenue derived from "business" activities and subtract all "ordinary and necessary expenses" to determine taxable income. The net "income" in excess of "expenses" is multiplied by the appropriate tax rate to determine the taxes due. We should all remember that the IRS does have the ability to "impute" income (based upon such things as one's lifestyle) should your income not be reported as required. Please consult with your own tax advisor for assistance with your own particular situation.
  11. The second hobby

Perhaps you NEED to understand how inane the original question is. Or are you really DUMB enough to believe that those people are really "amateurs?" Probably the later.
  12. The second hobby

Are you really foolish enough to "believe" that crap? Bet you believe in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and The Tooth Fairy too. Sheesh.
  13. What would you think?

I'd think that I was being "set-up," and not in a "good" way.
  14. why steal someone else name

Your posts are making a truly "wonderful" impression on this hobbying community. Such a "wonderful" impression is 'sure' to attract lots of new clients. The sarcasm is fully intended.
  15. Destiny, you've got it backwards. The "people" don't get to screw politicians, politicians DO screw the "people."
  16. Finally a female version of Viagra?

So? Too many women outside of the hobby couldn't care less about sex to begin with. That won't change because of this development.
  17. The Myth of Sugar Daddies and Cougars?

An ugly poor man is simply a poor man, and an ugly rich man is a RICH man. The reasons for such relationships seem to be rather simple.
  18. This article is a very alarmist sort of article that doesn't actually represent the "true" facts. While there are several different strains of STDs that are "resistant" to treatment, the vast majority of STDs ARE treatable. And cephalosporins aren't the only "gun" in the medical arsenal available to treat STDs, just a couple of these are Vancomycin and several different floroquinolones (much bigger "guns" than cephalosporins). Frankly, about the only STDs that cannot be "treated" well are HIV/Aids and Hepatitis C - and even then, sexual activity is not the "only" means of transmission. As for the CDC, they only collect and report data on STDs, they don't always find/report much of the other information that is related to STDs. There are numerous studies in a variety of medical journals which appear to demonstrate that those individuals who are most likely to be exposed to STDs are those who engage in many other "at risk" sorts of behaviors such as [snip] In general those studies conclude that most members of the middle and upper socioeconomic classes generally aren't at "high risk" of getting an STD, even if they are engaged in "the hobby" so long as they aren't engaging in other "high risk" behaviors. That said, the use of condoms significantly decreases the risk of passing or receiving an STD while engaging in sexual activities.
  19. In a really strange sort of way, he does have a point. But posts like this one simply serve to irritate the community-at-large, and providers in particular. Why "piss-off" those that "might" being willing to engage in "whatever" in private? There just isn't a good reason.
  20. My changing position on gun control

It might perhaps be worth noting that each and every one of these "mass shootings" has taken place in a location in which the possession of guns was prohibited. In other words, these "crazy" people that committed these various acts chose act in places where they would find what might be called "easy victims." Taking guns out of the hands of people won't deal with the problem, all it will do is make those who do comply with the law easier victims of those that don't. The answers don't lie in more gun laws (most of those laws are already ineffective) but in trying to identify the people that are "likely" to commit such brutal acts. And it IS worth noting that the two largest "mass murders" in the US during the last 75 or so years took place without the use of guns, one used "box cutters" on 9/11/2001 and the other used legally purchased fertilizer to bomb the Oklahoma Federal Building. The answer isn't in trying to ban any "possible" weapon, but rather in identifying (and treating) individuals prone to such acts. Now if there's a way to do that, you'll have my support.
  21. Sex after Prostrate surgery

It is possible to treat "prostate" cancer in a variety of ways, including surgery. Even with surgery, there are multiple different procedures, and all of those procedures affect the penile nerves (thus sexual function) in different ways. Any recommended treatment should be based solely on your particular situation. The least invasive surgical procedure is called "Transurethral Resection of the Prostate" and is basically removing only a portion of the prostate through the penis in order to maintain urinary function, it is highly effective and most likely to leave sexual function intact (around 80% of patients incur no significant damage to the nerves). The complete prostate can be removed via 2 different procedures, the first via the use of the "DaVinci Robot" in a laparoscopic procedure - around 50% of men undergoing this procedure maintain sexual function, mostly dependent upon the skill of the surgeon. Most invasive procedure is the complete removal of the prostate via an open procedure called "Radical Resection of the Prostate." This procedure involves a large incision in the lower abdomen, and seldom can the nerves be preserved (thus impotence is highly likely). For this reason, this last procedure is generally limited to patients who's cancers are so advanced that they are at high risk of loss of life if surgery is not performed. Other treatments can be quite effective, such as "radioactive seed implantation" and they have variable results in regards to sexual function, mostly related to the location of the tumor within the prostate and proper placement of the "seeds." My suggestion is that you "do your homework" and ask your physician LOTS of questions about treatment and outcomes. Also, it is worth the time and effort to get a second opinion. Finally, please remember that your life is worth a great deal, and loss of a particular function doesn't negate that value.
  22. Countless studies on the biology/physiology of attraction and mating established that it isn't just "generally" correct, it is fact.
  23. Big enough to please me. :-)
  24. So is away...shall I play

Why are you seeking "permission" from those on this board? The decision is yours, and yours alone.
  25. Ever Fear You're Gonna Kill Em?

Even in a "witnessed arrest," medical professionals are only able to revive around 12-13% of the patients. And they have all of the equipment and training to be able to do CPR correctly. In a situation like the one mentioned, the effort is laudable, but very probably futile.
