HELP! One of my heavier regulars has yeast in his cracks & crevices including his back fat. It smells like sour milk under a baby's neck.😷 Even with a shower beforehand, he still stinks. What can he do? I was thinking an ACV sponge bath, maybe? I also want to address it without hurting his feelings.

Thanks for the advice all. I think I left out one important detail. The gentleman is unaware of his yeast problem. I know it's yeast from the look & smell. He is oblivious to it. I think he may have summed it up to sweat in his cracks & crevices.

Yuck I can see this caking up in the cracks creating the vaggie yeast cottage cheese look.
