I hate how the author has says every time someone asks when he'll have a new book out, he kills a stark. I'm only on book 2 now, but so good! I hope they do keep following pretty close, even if I hate it.

A few years ago when that came out, a friend at a party said he was watching the infomercial and thought of me... I guess that means I wear shirts that are too low cut? Is there such a thing? Lol. those things creep me out. I can only imagine waking up to it staring at me, or walking down to the basement (because that's where it would stay...) and falling down the stairs when I swear I saw it move... I see creepy things happening when it's around, and that's before it goes all horror movie and starts actually moving on its own...

IMO, directing someone to my website IS including all pertinent information. As Bit said, it should be part of your research. And as Joy said, it does help weed out those who I probably wont get along so well with. Any girl could put a picture on EB and a link to their site and I'd consider that including everything anyone would need. Assuming of course all the other pertinent information was listed on their site. Aren't you lucky, then, that most girls DO add a lot more than just that?

^^^^^THIS! I think you can look at all of the "success in bartering/trading" and find one thing in common with all of them... SHE asked. SHE brought it up/offered the trade. I think most women see a man who offers a trade (especially before he's seen her) as a cheapskate and wont want anything to do with him... also just sounds scummy. BUT, by all means, slip in what you do in pillow talk. "so, i do xyz, so if you ever need anything like that done, just let me know!" i think might work well, it's leaving it open for her to say, "yeah, that would be great!, maybe we could trade?" or, it would at least let her know your services are available without making you look like a scumbag. Also, be prepared to show proof of your work... I had a guy try to get me to trade for a tattoo, but he wouldn't even send me a link to a website/portfolio or tell me what studio he worked at. i had to decline, it's easy to see what you're getting with me, I need to know what I may be getting in return. Also, watch advertising... Girls will sometimes let you know if there's something they need done! (I know Mona has posted links to some of those purses she wants, I think others have posted about the airline miles, I even posted about car repairs a while back...) Keep your eyes open, be prepared to pay cash, and know that this is a TRUST issue as much as anything. She has to trust you, especially as a lot of these things require you learning her real identity. And now, I've rambled enough. Good luck.

Or (and I think this was from the same young man...): pictures saying "you like what you see?" no, I think it was stated before that if you're going to send a lady a pic, make sure it's of the money, then the answer will always be yes, I like what I see. lol. I also get a lot of "will you trade for tattoos?" I had some fun with one of those one day when I had some time and didn't mind the time wasting... I asked to see his portfolio.. he said he didn't want to link to the studio he worked at... but sent some pictures "of his work" I told him I couldn't accept his word as he could have taken those pics off google and I wouldn't know. A link to his studio, even his name and I could find out he was real, he had links to my photos and reviews, I'm obviously real and you know pretty well what you'll get with me... if you want a trade, you should be able to give me the same, a known quality... it was amusing getting the run around, I'm sure I felt like some of you guys looking at an unknown from bp trying to figure out if she's legit...
