I am with you on this. I never give out my location until the appointment is scheduled and they are near the area that I initially give them. When I first got into the hobby, there where many times when someone didn't show up after I gave them the address in advance. Giving them the address after the appointment is scheduled is safer for both parties involved. Great post!

I have never accepted CC as a payment and with a lot of the responses it sounds like a big risk. I would continue to only take cash donation until you are certain CC or another form of payment is safe to use

I have never asked for a picture but when I had my private incall sometimes the guys would get lost getting to my place. To help guide them to me I would peek out the window to see if I saw them. That way I could properly direct them and no one seemed to have an issue with that. Regardless, you should always go with your gut.
