HI, I just thought I would chime in on the original question. I myself have always used google voice. And in July, I stopped receiving messages from my google voice number on my phone. It turns out that google made some changes as of July 2021. To receive your google voice messages now, you have to actually open up the google voice app on your phone to find them and reply to them. They no longer just show up with the rest of your messages on your phone. It kind of sucks, after being used to seeing them with your regular phone messages.
